“Carolina lovingly prepared meals for our family in any capacity we needed AND in a very efficient manner. Whatever our preferences were (which varied from child to child and between my husband and I), she graciously agreed to accomodate us all.
Really though, her meals were so stellar, soon we were eating mostly the same things.
What's even more incredible is her level of ability to prepare Raw/Vegan meals at a gourmet level. This can be extremely difficult, but she made it seem effortless, as she truly loves all aspects of food preparation.

“We love the meal prep! She is very knowledgeable and shops for the healthiest foods. Three days a week was perfect. She’s willing to adjust recipes per preferences. Our favorite dishes were the Spinach Artichoke Baked Pasta, Jackfruit Enchiladas, Quinoa Sweet Potato Bowls and the Chickpea Greek Salad. Getting the menus ahead of time was nice. Thank you for the tasty food!
